Coaching

No one should have to stare at their clutter and feel…

helpless.

Sara Brigz offers online decluttering coaching to help people declutter sentimental things.

I know first-hand how frustrating it is to be surrounded by stuff, and not know where the heck to start. For years it was like I was lost in the woods (if you’ll pardon my Frozen 2 reference😅) – I was shopping beyond my means to cope with stress, hanging onto piles of clutter because it was sentimental, and nervous to let go of most things because I “might need them one day.”

I can almost hear you over there nodding your head, thinking “YUP, same here dude!”

It took me SO. MANY. MONTHS. of intense research and introspection, but I slowly discovered how all my emotional shit was keeping me cluttered. It was like my fear of the future, attachment to the past, and even the lingering effects of inter-generational trauma had wormed their way into my closets full of crap. (If you’re keen, you can read more about my story here.)

It was exhausting, time-consuming, and extremely hard work – but by using this approach, I successfully decluttered 75% of my things. And now I want to make the process a little easier for you.

You have a million questions about decluttering.

I’m here with answers.

Sara Brigz offers online declutter coaching for sentimental people.

I’m offering a very limited number of 30-minute clutter coaching sessions, full of pick-my-brain guidance that’ll help take the guesswork out of tidying your home. I want to pass along my hard-earned tips, so you don’t have to spend the same time and energy I did to hunt them down.

These 30 minutes are completely yours to ask whatever’s on your mind. But to give you some inspiration, we can chat about how to:

► part with specific sentimental items, gifts, or hand-me-downs
► hone in on your “whypower” to help you find more motivation
► troubleshoot the area of your home that’s got you annoyed AF
► declutter while grieving the loss of a loved one
► create an actionable game plan so you can start seeing results ASAP
► uncover your clutter origin story and how it impacts your relationship with your stuff

These sessions could be a great fit for you if you’re ready to invest in your own well-being and peace of mind. As a declutter coach I offer gentle, non-judgmental support – with a little sprinkling of no-bullshit honesty when you need it.😉 The sessions are short, but packed with supportive guidance for your “trouble points” so that you can process your emotions and clear your clutter with lasting results.

That said, my approach isn’t for everyone. The sessions probably aren’t for you if:

  1. You’re not ready to put in the effort. My strategies don’t work unless you do!
  2. You only want to deal with the physical clutter, not the underlying cause of it. I believe that for lasting results, it’s crucial to understand how your emotions and mindset affect the relationship you have with your stuff.
  3. Your clutter is a result of PTSD, a hoarding disorder, and/or other mental health disorder that requires treatment beyond my scope. I’m a declutter coach and not a mental health professional, so if you fall under those categories, it’s important to seek a more specialized type of support from a licensed professional.
  4. You’re not comfortable with a little swearing now and then. (No shit, right?😜)

These coaching calls take place over Skype or Zoom – your choice! – and once you purchase you’ll receive further instructions (including scheduling availability) by email.

NOTE: More information on rates and purchase options will be made available in the coming days! Stay tuned for that – and in the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to send me an email at sara@letthatshitgo.ca.

So, what do you say… are you ready to get unstuck and

let that shit go?
